Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light demand and heavy offerings. Select and 
Choice chuck, round, and loin cuts steady to weak. Choice ribs cuts steady 
while Select lower. Beef trimmings mostly sharply lower on light demand and 
heavy offerings.
