Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light to moderate demand and offerings. 
Select and Choice rib and round cuts steady while chuck cuts weak to lower. 
Choice loin cuts lower while Select steady. Beef trimmings sharply lower on
light demand and moderate offerings.
