Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak to lower on light demand and light offerings. 
Select and Choice rib and chuck cuts steady to weak while round cuts steady to 
firm. Select and Choice loin cuts weak to lower.  Beef trimmings mostly sharply
higher on moderate to good demand and light offerings.
