Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady on light to moderate demand and offerings. 
Select and Choice rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts steady. Beef trimmings 
were mostly moderately to sharply lower on light demand and heavy offerings.
